Femmes Residency program
The Talentprojekt Futures is the introduction program for talented players interested in joining our 10-month residency program the following school year or when they become age-eligible. Participants will embed with current Talentprojekt cohorts for an 8-day immersive trial program to include training, games, German language classes, and special tours highlighting the beautiful Bavarian surroundings.

What's Included: Full room and board, meals, excursions once in Germany, training gear for players, and transportation. Does not include flights.

Is there a try-out process for the futures program?
There is a screening process all players need to pre-qualify to determine eligibility.
Are parents required to accompany futures players?
Parents are not required to accompany players to Germany; however, we encourage parents/guardians to join them and make an informed decision about the suitability for their player and family.
AM I GUARANTEED A SPOT ON THE Roster IF I ATTEND?
Coaching staff will be evaluating all players from the moment they begin interacting with administrative personnel, coaching staff, current players and fellow Futures participants in addition to their playing ability to determine suitability for inclusion in our 10 month residency program.
What do futures players need to bring with them to germany?
A complete packing checklist will be shared with player parents/guardians to best prepare. Training gear will be loaned for use during the program.
Is Knowing German required of Futures players to participate?
Knowing German is not required to participate in the Futures program; however, understanding some basics of the language could be beneficial while you interact with staff and locals in Bavaria.
