A model with the intention of bringing young American soccer talents with high potential to Germany to develop in a Bundesliga youth player development program. We discuss Mark's experience as a player, coach, and agent, including his journey to the UK as one of the first Americans abroad, his time working with Bayer Leverkusen and Ajax, growing the game in a unique way, the necessities in making connections and showcasing yourself properly, cultural adaptation and competence, mentoring young athletes, the direction of US Soccer, the invaluable experiences of traveling and playing abroad, and the goals and success of the Talent Projekt.
